Refund Policy

At FX Intellect, we provide custom EA development, MT5 tools, indicators, strategy automation modules, and related subscription-based services. Because our work involves digital products, custom development, software access, time spent on strategy interpretation, and technical implementation, payments made to FX Intellect are generally non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to FX Intellect are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom EA, indicator, or trading tool development fees.
  • Setup fees, project deposits, and once-off development payments.
  • Subscription payments for access to FX Intellect tools, modules, or platform features.
  • Payments for completed or partially completed development work.
  • Payments where work has already started, files have been delivered, or access has been granted.

2. Custom Development Work

When you request a custom EA, indicator, or trading tool, you are paying for the time, planning, programming, testing, and technical work required to build or configure the requested solution. Once development has started, the payment is not refundable.

FX Intellect will make reasonable efforts to build the tool according to the strategy rules, module selections, and requirements provided by the client. However, it is the client’s responsibility to provide clear, complete, and accurate strategy rules before development begins.

3. Revisions and Corrections

If there is a genuine technical issue, bug, or mismatch between the delivered tool and the agreed requirements, FX Intellect may provide corrections or revisions at our discretion.

Revisions do not include new strategy logic, new features, additional modules, or changes that were not part of the original agreement. Such changes may require an additional fee.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed for the next billing cycle.

Subscription payments already charged are non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time, or unused features.

5. Trading Performance Disclaimer

FX Intellect does not guarantee trading profits, account growth, prop firm success, or any specific trading outcome. Refunds will not be issued because a strategy, EA, indicator, or trading tool does not produce the expected trading results.

Trading involves risk, and all trading decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the user.

6. Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged by mistake or charged more than once for the same payment, contact us at support@fxintellect.com. We will review the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, we may correct the charge.
